Hope you’ve been doing better since the last blog post.

In one of my mini self conversations this week I realised I don’t thank my inner sanctuary enough for letting me be chaotic whilst still motivating me to keep going and reminding me that I will get through it.

Okay let me simplify it better. You know when you have a bad day and there is your internal voice that displaces all these negative energy and thoughts about you into your system then after a good inner venting session you get the voice (still within you) now trying to comfort and show you love to help you regain some balance.

Well I wrote a letter thanking that side of me (my writing got me through varsity so be strong , lol) :

Maybe you can relate and thank yourself more often.
